Hi there - yes we can arrange this. This will work best in certain rooms which have a fridge and we can add a microwave oven to. The room cannot be serviced of course but we can supply fresh linen and towels when required.

No on-ste but street parking - free evenings and all weekends. Good options on 'yourparkingspace.co.uk' . (Brandfield St). Commercial car parks nearby and edge of all restrictions is a few minutes directly along bus route from our door.

We have room for a couple of bikes on the ground floor behind our secondary entrance, secure from the street and easy for you to access.

We have a fire exit route with a corridor (not part of the fire route) running to the rear of the building from it - cycles have often been secured within that space giving you easy access/exit with it through the fire exit to the front.

We have many late night arrivals which are straightforward through the use of a simple coded keybox for self-entry, ensuring that any delay is also not an issue. There is of course backup if there were a problem with the box.

We do not currently have rates including breakfast, but for your dates if breakfast is included it will clearly say so in one of the columns in the detailed results, or will state the price to add breakfast.

Our breakfast contains a wide range from cooked breakfast to cereals to fruit covering most diets. As a small property we do not routinely stock special diets other than vegetarian, however, given sufficient warning we are happy to meet any needs

Hello! I know this is a silly question, but what size is the double bed in your Large Superior Double Room? Is it smaller than an American queen size?

Most of our rooms feature UK double beds which are 135cm x 190cm, but some rooms, including this one, have a UK King Size which is 150cm x 200cm, almost identical to a US Queen size.

Thanks for your message, the information on Booking.com is correct, with many cafes and takeaway breakfast options nearby for longer hours and at lower prices than we could, we have no meal options and now have 24 hour security staff on-site instead.

«A due passi dal castello»
Posizione ottima a 10 minuti dal castello, zona tranquilla ben servita da mezzi pubblici e con molti ristoranti a due passi, regalo di capodanno molto apprezzato, kit di accoglienza al completo
Con la camera nel sottotetto molte scale da fare , non ideale con bagagli ingombranti, la moquette che personalmente non mi piace.

«ottima posizione per visitare Edimburgo»
struttura in ottima posizione a due passi davvero da tutto. bus sotto la struttura per muoversi in totale libertà. letto comodo e spazioso in una camera ampia e silenziosa. bagno pulito e ampio
un po’ di cura in più non dispiacerebbe. la coperta aveva delle macchie e le lenzuola non sembravano pulitissime. la moquette non aiuta. lo staff lo abbiamo incontrato una mattina su 4, a nostro parere sarebbe meglio se la loro presenza fosse un pochino più costante.

«Ottima struttura in buona posizione con rapporto qualità prezzo imbattibile.»
La stanza era deliziosa. Una piccola bomboniera. Ci stava anche un albero di Natale. Letto molto comodo.
Durante il soggiorno ha fatto molto freddo. La stanza era ben riscaldata ma il bagno un pochino freddo.
